Once you contact us, we’ll schedule a visit to look over your project and discuss your plans and ideas. We’ll answer questions, offer design suggestions, and discuss budget guidelines.
This is our opportunity to share as much information as we can about the feasibility of your project. Once you are comfortable with us and the budget guidelines we’ll move forward and prepare a detailed proposal for you. Our proposals are very detailed and include allowances for all of the items you will select for your project.
Upon acceptance of our proposal we’ll start the design process. This is where our kitchen designer or architect, depending on the project, will provide design services and final drawings for your approval.
It’s never too early to start shopping for light and plumbing fixtures, appliances, counter tops, and tile and so on. Actually, your appliances should be selected prior to the kitchen design drawings to enable our designer to fully incorporate them into your new kitchen design.
Our vendors and suppliers have showrooms and experts available to help you make the most educated decisions.
While you are shopping we’ll schedule your project. We schedule jobs well ahead of time being very careful not to overbook ourselves. We’ll provide you with a written schedule and stick to it. Everyone involved with your project will have the schedule well in advance to minimize scheduling conflicts.
AnM Remodeling & Tile handles the entire building permit application and inspection process. We have worked in Santa Rosa County and we are familiar with the requirement of their building departments. We have a great reputation with local building authorities.
Aldo Ercolano will be your contact throughout the job and is the person responsible for the daily supervision and scheduling of your project. That’s why we strongly believe in the “ live able remodeling process“. Live able Remodeling is the idea that home remodeling does not have to be as difficult to live through as it is in some cases. We utilize an air filter system that continually cleans the air of dust and particles stirred up during remodeling. We provide plastic dust barrier partitions and we do our best to protect you and your home.
